The house has finally closed and funded!!! No more talking to the buyers insane agent!! The closing date was pushed all the way back to Saturday the 29th of October and I had a much happier and relaxing Halloween knowing that this house was sold and no longer my responsibility... and the thought of how much it cost me each day kept running through my mind driving me nuts.
